Stress, pain reliever. Can it stop my period?

Sept. 18th was my last period. I had sex on the 25th, and then in Oct. on the 18th I began taking tramadol (i think also called Ultram) for pain. I only used it for about a week because I couldn't sleep and overall didn't feel well because of it. Then I went through a stressful breakup. And I Never got my period in October. I took a pregnacy test and it was negative. But I still haven't gotten my period. So I took Another pregancy test around Nov. 6th and it was negative too. It is now Nov. 23rd. About 3 days ago I had a small amount of brown discharge, but only a little and only that once. What is wrong with me? My boobs don't hurt at all, and I've only felt sickish in the morn a couple times, and thrown up once. Could it be the Tramadol and/or stress? I Really would appreciate any helpful response to this! I'm SO scared! ):[/b]
