Stress and Light headiness, pressure in the head

For the past 2 weeks I've been having this chronic headaches not a lot of pain just uncomfortable feeling with light headiness, tired eyes and stiff neck. This month I went through a lot of stress when I thought my girlfriend was pregnant and I get stressed rather easily.

Is it possible that this headaches are related to the stress?
