How does stress affects our immune system? I think I’ve got eczema because of the long term stress. I was even aware of it before I talked with therapist. I am taking magnesium, is that ok?

It is ok magnesium is good stress suppressant. And eczema is a reaction of your body on stress. The longer that we are exposed to stress, the more the immune system is shifted from they adaptive changes seen in the "fight or flight" response to more negative changes, first at the cellular level and later in broader immune function. The most chronic stressors resulted in the most global suppression of immunity and almost all measures of immune system function dropped across the board.
