Last night while eating dinner my heart began to beat hard, I became very dizzy and light headed... almost as if I was going to pass out. I became cold and started to shake uncontrollably. It was very scary. I thought I was going to die! Literally! I felt as if I needed to vomit but, couldn't? I tried to walk to my car, but my balance seemed off and my hearing was muffled. I went home and laid down to calm myself, but still I felt the waves of shaking and cold all over my body. Can you tell me if I was experiencing a heart attack...
