Hello, I was wondering can you give me some answers about dizziness. I’ve been under great stress for past six months. My dada died and than after only two months my uncle. Plus I have problems related to work. I feel dizziness every day, but not all the time, like in episodes every few hour. What I wanted from you is to tell me: can stress provoke dizziness or something else is problem here? I am very scared, please!

I guess that there are many causes of dizziness, but dizziness is not a disease it is a symptom. My good friend had this problem and it was caused by an infection in the inner ear. But there are many conditions that can trigger dizziness: stress, fever, tiredness, low blood sugar, anemia, head injury, some medicines….Most often it is temporary and a cause cannot be found and sometimes it is a signal of some other problem. Depression causes dizziness also and some psychological problems can cause dizziness. You should seek for professional help.
