im 21 years old male and about 3 months ago i had chronic diarrhea. I went to the hospital because i don't have a current doctor in my home town. They tested my stool and never called me back so i thought i was fine. Now I am starting to find white stringys in my stool also sometimes red looking stuff in there like little clumps. I'm constantly tired and nothing i do can make me feel awake i am always energetic i just don't feel awake at all. my stomach hurts often in the lower quadrant area. I also have muscle aches in random areas very often. There are some more symptoms but im hoping i can get some kind of answer from these ones. Thanks for your help.
