Stringy lump by testicle

I have been worried lately about this thing i have near my testicle. It is a stringy lump thing near my testicle and I have no idea what it is....I have to pain in it and I dont know what it is. When i was born i was only born with one testicle so i dont know if its just something from that or something else....like cancer...Any ideas what it might be?

Are you saying like you had it since forever you an think of yourself?
It is not cancer considering its been there for ages and haven’t changed or caused any trouble. I actually don’t think it is anything you should worry about.

It could be a cyst or a fat deposit or something. I also have a stringy lump and it sometimes gets bigger but when I want to have it checked it subsides and stays small, stringy lump. I have no idea what it is…….maybe an ingrown hair (it is quite big and long). Once I showed it to my dermatologist and she said to come back when it gets bigger and swollen because there is nothing she can do about it now. She said it will be probably treated with antibiotics.

The only thing I could relate to a lump in the groin, near the testicle is inguinal hernia which is a condition where parts of the small intestine protrude through he abdominal wall and cause a lump in the groins. However, it usually causes pain especially when lifting or bending and the bulge may come and go, so I don’t think it is what you have.

If you are so worried, you can always have it checked by an urologist.
