You need to learn more about Stokes Adams attack. The condition is seen as losing consciousness for a short period of time, usually about 10 to 30 seconds. The consciousness is effected by irregular heartbeat and with returning of pulse people have their consciousness back. If heartbeat is not getting back, it is a cardiac arrest. It is a serious and life threatening condition and it requires instant medical help in well equipped hospital for emergency life support. Stokes Adams attacks occur in people with second degree or complete heart block. These are very unpleasant disorders and need to be in detail examined.
