I had a stroke 9 1/2 years ago, from smoking & birth control. I am 40 yrs old and honestly believe I am premenapausal, my problem/ question is, can I take natural hormone to help with everything? I am in great need of something, I feel anxious inside a lot, can't handle much of anythin anymore, very moody, been having problems sleeping, nervous., etc. Please help
