Such a "stone" in scrotum's skin :(

Hi!

I'm 17 and I have such a little "stone" in my scrotum's skin. It's not outside the skin, it's inside the skin and is about 3mm in diameter or so. I have this for 3 months or so..

What it could be and will it vanish itself? Embarassed
