I am concerned about my husband. He is a long distance truck driver. He is most of the year on the move. When he came back from a trip he is so tired and nervous. But lately I see the difference. He says that he has found solution. He is using Sudafed (Pseudoephedrine). Is that safe for him?

This medicine is well known for its use like stimulants to increase people state of alertness and awaked ness. It is sometimes used by athletes. It has minimal affect on central nervous system. Anyway it is not recommended to use it without doctors observation. You must ask him does he follow the instructions on the sheet about the dosage and proper use.
