Sudden Multiple Pimples on vaginal lips

Yesterday morning I woke up with multiple "pimples" on the outside of my vaginal lips. I popped them and puss came out, no blood. They are small and didn't hurt until I popped them. I think that only hurt cause of the area that they are in and cause there are more than one of them. The skin seemed swollen after popping them but has gone down now. This morning they looked like pimples again and I did the same. The skin is a little more pink in the area but I think thats from popping them too. Also they don't itch.

I haven't had sex for about a month and I only been with one man so I don't think I would have gotten it from sex... maybe from using a public restroom, which I do often at work. I've also thought maybe it was caused by me not wearing underwear with jeans the day before, maybe the rubbing caused it? Also got a new bubble bath that I've once used twice... They really don't look like ingrown hairs, I've had those and they're not the same.

So anyone know if there's an STD like this or have any idea of what may have caused it? I'd like to see a doctor but it's an embarrassing area and I'm a young adult without a secretive way to get to one so I thought I'd try this for now.




    Second look, it might be an infection under the skin thats where the hair is?

    Just because you have only been with one person doesnt protect you from STDs. I hope that it is not an STD but I'd get some courage and go to the dr. better safe than sorry. if it is an STD maybe you can get something to cure it. small problems get big if you go without treatment early on. dont sit on public toilets anymore because they are nasty and you have a higher chance of catching something from a person than off of a surface. and your jeans did not give you multiple pimples. if it were your jeans you would probably only have like one bump or just red skin from the friction.
