Hi. I also feel pain in my abdomen and I suffer from excessive gas. Gases can be the cause of abdominal pain. First, you must limit foods that produce gases. I eat small meals few times a day and my meals are high in fiber. Avoid citrus, greasy foods, caffeine, alcohol, stuff like that. Also, you must avoid certain meds, such as ibuprofen and aspirin. I have to eat plenty of fruits & veggies and I drink plenty of water. Yoga is very effective too.
