Hi I'm not sure if this in the most appropriate forum topic and apologies if its not.
I'm 23. I have noticed that I have a number of short white hairs on my head. These seem to be mainly by my ears. I have also gained a fair amount of weight. I suffer from an under active thyroid gland to which doesn't help with this and take 200mcg of thyroxine. I still always feel tired but I lost my father 2 years ago and started up my own business and have worked constantly to keep that going. I have noticed recently that my breasts have been lactating and have considered that I might be pregnant but have done pregnancy test which was negative and my periods are still very heavy although very irregular and sometimes once every 2 months. I am also suffering with massive back ache problems in my lower back. Some days I'm finding it hard to move.

Is this just down to my life circumstances and is there any way of treating the white hairs as I have now become very self conscious? Increasing my stress level.

I also have a huge amount of money worries.

Any suggestions would be great fully received.
