HI! I am not sure I will be able to fully address to your question because the supplements I am using as well as my family are not designed just for men’s needs but are very nutritional and universal. The multivitamins we use are in a form of liquid and are called Body Force. They contain like 120 vitamins and mineral, amino acids, co-enzymes, etc. I found it important for maintaining high levels of energy as my and my wife’s work is demanding and there are kids to take after. I have noticed a great difference since we have been getting body force. I give it to my children as well
