Suplements,potasium and sodium, build up in my system due to diabetic nephropathy?

Hi! I’m diabetic for few years. I didn’t take my illness seriously until I didn’t get diabetic nephropathy. At first time I was on strict diet but after few months I started to eat whatever I wanted. Is it possible that suplements, potasium and sodium, build up in my system due to diabetic nephropathy?

Well, I must say that you are playing with your life. Proper diets are very important for your condition. Using potassium and sodium is very dangerous for people with diabetes. Try to avoid them totally, especially now when you know that you have a serious kidney disease. And consult with doctor about your diet.
