Surgery 4 Cervical Stenosis Have MG

I'm having Surgery next week on C4-5-6-7. 3 will be fused. I'm what they call a high risk because I have Myasthenia Gravis, A paralized right Diaphram, a partly collapsed lung and to top It off I have Ashma. I guess I'm sceared to have someone fooling around with my spinal cord. But there's no choice sense its pinched real small, rubbing bone and No spinal fluid is getting thru. Has anyone out there had a complication of a disease and had to have this operation?
