1. What are the statistics of success for each type of disc surgery?
2. What was the severity of the disc protrusion in relation to the reports of success with surgery?
3. What is the severity of the disc protrusion in relation to the reports of success with non-operative treatments? Are those that report success those with small disc herniation or is there no relation between success and size of disc hernation?
