Yes..Ah just before my testicles on the lining there is a lump there thats causing some pain.The lump seems to be getting bigger day by day and the pain is little but it never stops hurting no matter if im standing or sitting.It just came up over night, well i didnt notice it untill it started hurting. What the hell is it and how do i get rid of it

its testicular torsion, it happens when you stand up from bead in a cold environment, hurry to a doctor.
