hey, not sure if this is the right place for this topic. But i have had this problem for a couple of years nw i think. My hands and feet sweat almost everyday proberly 85% of the time. When i wake up its all fine untill a ouple of hours after me being awake. Some days my hands and feet are dry as and there are no problems. I can have a couple of good days in a row like this and sometimes its just constant sweating for weeks. even when im freezing cold my hands and/or feet are sweating, sometimes extremelty bad where as i have to keep drrying them with a towel. Not as often as my hands and feet my underarms sweat also.
Its so frustrating and can be really embarresing, i feel i go red alot when i shake someones hand, and thats not an embarresing thing to me even if my hands were wet, but when i sweat like this i feel really self concious < im a bad speller. And i can go red in the face very easily. Im outgoing when i dnt sweat and can tlk to anyone.. when the sweatiness kicks back in im really quiet and people always think my hands are sweating because im nervous. Its f@#$^&* anoying. help, does it sound like i have hyperhydrosis? |
