Swelling Feet, Red Spot on Feet, Pain in Feet

I have swelling in my feet expecially at night. It is very painful to walk when I wake up. I have red spots all over the top of my feet. I am a 32 year old male, I am over weight 5'9" and weight 400 lbs. I have Hypothyroidism and Hypertension. I am currently on medication for both. I would like to know what it is but most of all how to fix it.

I think this is plantar fasclitis. It is a swelling of the tendon on the base of the foot between heels and front. I get this , i also get the red spots and i too am overweight. I think the weight puts extra strain on the muscle that causes the swelling and pain. The spots i am not sure of but it seems to be linked.

Iv had painfull itchy spots all over my feet an swelling. But i got them when i had a high fever an was ill. Doctor said it was a reaction to a virus. It went in a few days.
