Swelling under the head of my penis

Hi.. um.. I masterbate on a regular basis, almost everyday basically and am not sexually active.

I noticed there was some swelling under the head of my penis. Makes it look fat and weird. Not really and distortion just swelling a lot under the head. I don't think there is any pain, and it feels normal.

Please tell me this isnt cancer or something...

Please don't worry. You may find that you have been a little bit rough when masturbating and caused minor trauma to your foreskin. This will get better in a couple of days. You may want to apply a little antisceptic cream. Make sure that you wask the area carefully. I'm sure everything will quickly return to normal. Regards, John
