Hello! I am taking Cataflam for long time, but my doctor told me that he will prescribe me next week Relafen. I have never taken this drug and I do not know much about it. I hope that you will know and that you will tell me. Also, I want to know will I have any problems because of switching from Cataflam to Relafen. Thank you in advance!

Hello! I am sure that your doctor knows best. Relafen is weaker drug then Cataflam. But, both of them are non steroidal anti inflammatory agents. Your doctor will prescribe you to take Relafen once daily (you are taking know Cataflam two times daily, right?). Regard side effects, Relafen can cause stomach problems, allergic reactions, problems with vision or balance, etc. anyway, if you feel some of this side effects you need to contact your doctor.
