First of all, I have to ask you if you have used some of the lip balms that you had never used before your lips started stinging? Are you allergic to some food maybe?
The condition you have could be angioedema and it may result from allergy, but if the swelling keep happening then it’s something chronical and should be treated.
This happens because small blood vessels deep in your skin leak watery liquid through their walls and this causes swelling. A typical example is angioedema caused by eating shrimps or prawns, if you are allergic to them.
I can advise you to take Clarytin, tablets used for allergies. But firstly you should talk you your doctor or a pharmacist.
