Swollen Breasts Pregnancy

I'm 32 yrs old and have two girls aged 8 & 12. My breasts started to swell & I started lactaing 4wks ago, I also had a sml amount of brownish light red discharge 2days after my due period date some two weeks after lactating and swelling had started. I went to the doctor and had a urine test that came back with a faint postive reading so he ordered a blood test. I went back for the results two days later and it was negative. My breasts aren't as swollen as they were but they are still lactating. Throughout this whole time I have been totally off my food, at first I also had nausea & vomiting which I suffered through both of my other pregnancies entirity. I'm losing weight everywhere bar just above my pelvic bone which has a round firmish lump. I'm a sml person ( 165cm, 50kg ) so body changes are very obvoius to me. Is it posibble to get a negative blood result and still be pregnant? If anyone else has been in a similar circumstance please let me know.
