Swollen Breasts

My breasts have been a bit swollen lately, I have felt a slight pain and discomfort in my left breast, sometimes in the right one, could this be a breast cancer, I know nothing about it and I am pretty scared what is going on with me. I have had my period regularly and the last was at the begining of april. I am 23 and am sexually active.

Okay, everything you have said makes me think you could be pregnant. Have you already dont the home pregnancy test? If you still haven’t, you should do it straight away as this is the right time to do it as the result wuold be accurate at this time. You had your period at the beginning of april and you should have already had another one, but you might have missed it. Girl, this really sounds you are pregnant, as you already have the braest swollen, have you noticed another symptoms such as nausea, being fatigue or something else? You should just follow yourself day by day and remember everything you have been through so that if the test result are negative and the possibility that you are pregnant is excluded, you can tell your doctor what has been happening with you.
