I just had sex for the first time and now I find that my fore-skin is somewhat swollen on one side. It doesn't hurt when I urinate or at any time really but its just visibly noticeable, especially when rolled up as normal. It appeared straight after intercourse so I was thinking that it could hardly be an STI. It was unprotected and it did hurt a bit - felt as though my foreskin was being pulled too far back at the front. Maybe it was just due to rough sex? But I have placed an ice pack against it and it didn't go away. I hear that a build up of soap may cause swelling also and I have been washing my penis with soap more often than usual recently. Is there anything I should do? I plan on calling the doctor tomorrow morning but would like to know if there's any treatment I can start myself. Thanks for your help!
