I am 21 year old female, who currently is dealing with swollen glads on left side of groin and right side of my neck. For the last 8 months i have had reacurrent UTI's so they say with no growth..... I dont understand how my urine can be full of blood and pus when examined but have no infection when cultured through clean catch method.... I am starting to get very scared.... Now i have the presents of swollen glads and everything i read with these two symptoms together seem to be very scary... The glads are swollen and painful.... what could be the possible reason for this.... They put me on antibotics which seems to keep the symptoms at bay... But if i miss one day of antibotic they symptoms come back with in 24 hours and are extermly painful, urinating with pain, blood in urine, frequency and lower stomach pain... Also symptoms return if drinking alcohol in mass quantiy mean i had my 21st birthday celebrating with lots of alcohol and again symptoms return....PLEASE HELP.... I am very scared could it be cancer, IC, Cystitis, or UTI with bacteria that is negative grwoth when cultured.... I AM SO SCARED....
-Pain when urinating
-Blood in urine
-Swollen groin lymph nodes
-Swollen Neck lymph nodes
-Lower stomach pain
-Frequency
-Unable to pee even with feeling i have to
-When looked at under microscope Pus And Blood
-Antibotics Help and keep symptoms at bay... If i miss one day Peeing blood, all symptoms return
-Hurts to be touched alomst jumped off table when doctor pressed on lower stomach
