| Hi, I'm 19 years old, male. My right occipital node has been swollen for a little over a month now. It is not tender, somewhat hard/rubbery. I went to the doctor, and he said he doesn't think it's anything to worry about. I did get bit by a tick in that area, but that was a few weeks before the node started to swell. Could this be the reason it has swollen up? I don't have an infection, I havent experienced any itching. I've felt fine in general. This bump is just freaking me out! I can't figure out why it's not going away. It seems like it has been going down VERY SLOWLY. But I can't really tell. Any advice? Should I see another doctor? Thank you! |
