Swollen Stomach - severe constipation

I have been experiencing problems with my stomach for a number of years with no real relief. I have been diagnosed with IBS and Acid Reflux. Over the past few months my stomach has gotten larger, after eating I experience pain and recently I have been severely constipated. Are all of these symptons from the IBS or is there something else wrong and how do I get relief.
