Swollen Stomach

Howdy, a little less than a week ago I was feeling pressure on my lower left abdomen with slight bouts of nausea. I attributed it nerves as I was having a vasectomy the next day. After the procedure, I still felt the pressure on the left and the nausea became much worse for 2 days (along with the other fun aftereffects of a vasectomy).

Currently the pressure on the side is gone as well as the nausea (for the last 2 days). But I am extremely bloated around my abdomen. I still have an appetite and and having no issues with the toilet. I am currently eating light meals and drinking cranberry juice as advised by a pharmacist but it doesn't seem to be working. because of the vasectomy, I am unable to do any real excercise to try to relieve this. Anyone have any ideas? I'm becoming afraid to eat and starting to get rather stressed. Thank you
