Swollen Underarms could it be lymph glands?

I have become a little concerned about my underarms. Both underarms are swollen and look like large lumps. They are painful if I press on them and the right underarm is slightly larger than the left. Now I have had this for about a year and sometimes they are painful and sometime I rarely notice that they are there unless I look at them of course.
The sides of both breasts are now also sore when touched just below my underarms. I'm abit shy about showing my doctor...

What could this be? Could it be cancerous lymph glands? Question

Hi, all i wanted to tell you, is that i understand the fact that it may be a litlle embarrasing to show it to your doctor.
However, in my opinion YOU HAVE to do it, you have to find out what is going on with your skin. it is EXTREMELY important that you get it treated.
it could be a very serious problem.
