Swollen Vaginal Area

For the past couple of years my vaginal area get swollen and very painful at times i have asked many people about this and they say its Gential Warts but i am a virgin and i am to ashamed to talked to a doctor and other people say i need to keep it clean doen there but i am very clean i shower twice a day and i even wear cotton underwear and sometimes the swellen goes to my Vaginal lips and that get very pain to the point where i don't want to seat down is it some kind of cream or medicine i should be talkin to control this? Is this normal?
