I found it as a serious problem that I am having. I have problems with my balls, those are painful and I am quite concerned. It is not some kind a sharp pain, then gradual aching pain. The worst is feeling of tender when I touch my swollen balls. Is this testicular cancer, testicular torsion, a hernia, the consequence of an active sex life, or something else?

The best point you might took of my answer is to make an appointment for a full health exam. That is something that could help, and the only sure way to find out what caused swelling of your balls. You should discuss this problem in the context of the rest of your life, including any recent changes before your testicle started to hurt and swell. As you doubt of some serious diseases, I think I should explain some of these. Testicular cancer, for example, most commonly appears as a firm, painless swelling of one testicle. Cancerous lumps in the testis are generally not tender when they are touched, so I think I might say it is not case with you. Testicular cancer is a relatively rare form of cancer, so do not be worried before you find out. Some other causes of swelling of the testis are harmless. For example, there are hydroceles, a collection of fluid in the scrotum. Then it come epididymal cyst, which is fluid-filled swelling of the epididymis. Beside these, there are many reasons you might notice swollen balls, so definitely you should ask a diagnosis of your doctor.
