I am a 27 year old female. My nipples have been tender and swollen for about 4 days. The aeriola around my nipples are normal. My breasts are not tender, just my nipples. I do not think I am pregnant. Is this something I should see my doctor for?

my nipples have been sore as well. not my breasts, just my nipples. this has never happened to me before either. I am about four days from a period and usually by now my breasts hurt but instead it is my nipples...what does that mean??

Have you figured out why your nipples heart yet? Mines are doing the same thing but I have some other symptoms of pregnancy too. Like Bloating, cramping, fatigue and a temperature. I am about 7 days fromo my period and this has been going on for about 6-7 days after ovulation. Do you have any of those symptoms?
Ive been having tender nipples for a few days now. No other symptoms have ocurred and im mid cycle. I usually get tender right before my period. Could this be stress related>?
mine are also very tender! I took a pregnancy test last night and I am not pregnant! I have been off of birth control for months now so I know it's not that. I called the doctor and they said that an increase in caffiene or salt consumption might be the cause but neither of those apply to me. What is going on?!
