Swollen infected earlobe

Earlobe feeling sore, swollen. It is not in the actual location of the piercing more to the side,Looks bruised , full of fluid rather than hard and "lump" like. Very sore to the touch, general throbbing,cannot lay on, coughs it seems to swell more.

Hi there, i had something very similar. On the back of my earlobe i had this little lump and then i squeezed it... big mistake. The back of my lobe now had a massive lump with some sort of fluid in it. I was so tempted to pop it, then a girl friend convinced me to see my doctor. I went and he put a needle in it and drained the fluid. I couldnt believe how much was in there and it was really yellow. But the relief was so much better as i couldnt lay on it or touch it at all. He gave me some antibiotics and within a few weeks it had cleared up. He told me is was a sebaceous cyst and could come back at anytime when irritated unless i had it removed.
