Swollen or Bloated Stomache and weight gain

Hi,
I just had a baby almost 4 months ago. I lost all my baby weight, right away, and then found out I have a 4cm cyst on my right ovary.
My concern is that my stomache area (a little above and a little below the belly botton) is swollen or bloated, and gets worst and bigger every day. I gained over 15 pounds in less than a month, and my husband says I look 6 months pregnant again. Is this all because of the cyst? and I am having it removed next week, will this symptom go away after the surgery? Or should I also be going to see my regular doctor?
I would appreciate any input. Thank-you
