I got over the flu about 5 days ago with a temperature of 103+. It lasted about 48 hours and I was extremely uncomfortably. After I got over it I had trouble becoming aroused and my ejaculation was substantially less powerful and lower in quantity. The first couple of days after the fever broke the orgasms resulted in a sharp twinging feeling where it normally had not. That feeling seems to be less significant ~5 days after recovery and I am able to become aroused again, but the ejaculate is very thin with only a little bit of sperm in it. Could this be a swollen prostate? Swollen sperm ducts? Can a flu virus causes this? Will it heal?? The virus killed my appetite and prevented me from keeping any food down and had difficulty drinking fluids due to nausea and overall extreme discomfort. Please help, I am getting scared.
Acute prosatitis can have flu-like symptoms. I had fever, aches and joint pain for about 24-48 hours, but pain/discomfort urinating persisted afterwards.
I went to the doctor and was given a 30 day perscription for the infection.
