Hi. I got hit in the butt and lower back by a car door 3 days ago and now my tailbone is starting to swell… At first I had only bruises but is swollen now too. I even can’t sit normally!!! Is there anything I can do to heal myself quickly????
All you can do is to take some cold, but really cold, compress and some painkillers if it really hurts you. There’s nothing else you can do about it accept avoiding to hurt yourself even more. Be careful how you sit and walk in the future… Unfortunately, it will take some time to completely get back to normal – maybe even few weeks… Take care.
