It could be a swollen lymph node, as far as I’m concerned. When I have problems with it, I usually have problem with the thirst as my throat is sore and as it needs to be hydrated pretty frequently.
What antibiotics have you taken? When I have my throat sore, I usually suck tablets, they do the best job. Antibiotics are taken when the problem is more severe, but if you have caught a slight cold, your lymph nodes would swell a little bit and would pass within a few days. Unless it turns into something more serious, you should just drink a lot of liquid and take tablets (I myself take Fitosept, but you find the equivalent in your country), I think this is nothing serious and the swelling would pass soon. Just don’t drink very cold water as this might be the reason why your throat is getting even more swollen, no wonder! |
