I woke up to pains and a swollenness under both my armpits. I am a 35 year male with no bad medcial history. I don't drink, take drugs or even take perscribed medicines. I did not do anything strenuos. I want to know if I should go to the emergency room now or wait till the morning for a doctor's appointment?

Did you ever find out what it was? I have the same thing happening in my left armpit now. It just started a little while ago. it feels like I spilled something sticky on the hairs and they are being pulled out, but they are clean. There is a small painful bump. I am active and I go to the gym all the time. I am not sure what this is.
