How much is dangerous to have trembling as a symptom? It is the kind of shaking that appears occasionally and disturbs me. I am almost ashamed because of this, because I can not stop it. It lasts for some time and then stops as it has began with no reason at all. Lately, it started to appear more often in some inadequate situations, especially when I am at work.

Trembling can and can not be dangerous as a symptom. It depends. You need to find out the reason for this. Make an appointment to your doctor and explain your problems. This is the only way to solve this thing. Among the reasons that may cause trembling is: stress, emotional problems, extensive coffee drinking, essential familiar tremor, Parkinson's disease etc.
