Hello!
I need advice!
My daughter has a cold more than two weeks and she feels generally weak. I have been giving her antibiotics, but they do not help, even her fever (37,8 / 38,5) stays and won’t come down. I am afraid she has mono. What are other Symptoms of mono?

It could be very possible she has mono, although it is more common from age 15 to 30. In general, mononucleosis includes the following symptoms: general weakness, fatigue, fever, sore throat, swollen tonsils, nausea and vomiting, decreased appetite, swollen lymph nodes (neck, armpit), joint pain, headaches, jaundice, enlarged spleen and skin rash.
I think it is best you take your daughter to a doctor then treat her yourself. If mono is the case, do not give her any antibiotics no more!!!!
