I am on synthroid for hypothyroid....I am 20 pounds overweight. with diet and excersise,nothing works....I want to know if I can take the supplement slimquick to get my metabolism kick started. I walk and do weights....I also am on atkins,just started. I want to know if it is safe to use these. I am 58 years old.
