| Hello, my mother is 55 years old and she has been diagnosed with osteoarthritis. She felt pain in knees, both while moving and standing. They were more emphasized while walking. She took non steroidal anti inflammatory meds and the pain subdued. Doctor recommended her Synvisc for osteoarthritis. Will this med help her, or should we ask for a second opinion? |

| Synvisc is a medicament that does not belong to a group of anti inflammatory, non-steroidal drugs. Actually, it is a hyaluron, a drug that enables bigger movements in joints, by enabling easier function of bones in the joints. This drug is recommended for people just diagnosed with this illness. Its effect replaces the chirurgical intervention. |
