HI,I USUALLY FIND MY TESTICULES MOVING UP AND DOWN AND SOMETIMES TO THE RIGHT AND LEFT AFTER EJACULATION. THEN, I NOTICE THAT THE TESTICULES ARE HEATING UP AND PAIN STARTS. WHAT SHOULD I DO??

see a dr. RIGHT AWAY you have no clue what this is also maybe quit
masturbation for a couple of days and see how that affects it
