THINNING OF SEMEN AND DIFFICULT ERECTIONS

I'm a 21 year old male and have masturbated about 4-10 times a week since I was 14.

About 5 months ago, I got a new girlfriend and I felt inclined to quit watching pornography and masturbating altogether.

Frequently though, I began again just to see how things were, and it's not great. Upon ejaculation I got odorless, transparent, watery semen and afterwards, my penis swelled until I went to sleep and when I awoke it was back to normal.

During foreplay with my girlfriend (which we just foreplay, we are not to sex) I have a difficult time keeping an erection, although I want to, and it will even go limp during oral sex. We even TRIED to have sex, and I kept getting limp and we couldnt. However, I had to go to the bathroom (bowel movement)

So what I'm asking

1) Should I be worried about the watery semen?
2) Is the penis swelling after masturbation bad? It never happened before
3) When I have to crap, I dont go at her house. I hold it, sometimes to pain, and I think it affects my erections

4) Am I dying?

I Should also add that I work at a sedentary desk job for about 9 hours a day. That contribute?

hello,

impotence, according to the hindu tantra, occurs when there is imbalance in one of the 5 elements: air. however since all 5 are inter-related, this means there is a general imbalance concerning all five of them but strongly related to air.

there is a balance and harmony in the 5 airs (read: directions of pressure) in the body and this enables one to have feelings, perform sex, evacuate, digest food etc. when an imbalance occurs one or the other of the activities gets disrupted. since the natural flow of air has changed direction, instead of leading to an erection, your pressure has moved on to affect your bowel movement. sometimes, people with sudden loss of sexual desire/ erection notice that they want to pass air or that there is pain in the upper back or chest. others get stomach cramps and want to evacuate. these are tell-tale signs of the needed pressure abandoning the reproductive system and moving towards other directions.

this disruption of internal pressure balance in men is largely due to the easing of the ego. ego is the will-pressure that controls emotions and maintains the regular the flow of pressure towards the genitals. when the control of the ego gets lax, men are not able to get as easily aroused or can't get/maintain an erection. this happens because the pressure gets eased too and can no longer be centred on the sex organ.

you mentioned about the pressure affecting bowel movement and the pressure abandoning its normal direction and movin somewhereelse... me too i feel the gas stucked up between and many times i felt difficuilt to erect for the past three weeks and in that period am in much stress and more depressed than ever, would that be the reason.. can it be cured medically i also feel ther is thinning of my semen.... please help.. i have continous constipation too.. i have free bowel movement in morning when i drink much water however later in the day i feel so constipated and feel like something blocked in my scrotum,. i feel it heavy when i get the constipated feeling...
