I am living in conditions in which there is almost impossible to be calm. I have very responsible job in one company and a lot of money goes through my hands every day. Smallest mistake can be catastrophic. I need something to reduce every day stress. I have heard about Tai Chi. Can it be helpful?

If there is anything in this world I could recommend you then it would be Tai Chi. It is a method in which through body moves you relax muscular tension, improve posture and thought the breathing process affects in positive way by decreasing the level of stress. It is also a philosophy and the life style.
