I have been taking ambien for years. Because of that I am now addicted to it. My dosage is increasing weakly and that is starting to worry me a lot. Also I have problem with getting proscriptions from doctors and from side effects. It looks like I have no longer control under my own life. Any advice or personal experience?

Please try to help yourself. You are addicted, and you know it, ask someone to help you. Talk first with your family and your doctor and find the way. My friend had the same problem and solution (cure) is not pleasant, but it works. Also, try to find some support groups.
