Taking Celebrex with Ibuprofen

Hi, I have been doing some foolish things, lately. I have been taking some medications on my own. First, I was prescribed with Ibuprofen for my menstrual pain. I have been taking it for almost a year, but every time it has less and less effect on my pain. Then I have heard about Celebrex. I have started taking it too. I am now mixing those two drugs. Should I stop?

I think you should. Mixing drugs, especially without doctors knowledge, is very dangerous business. My personal opinion and experience tells me that Celebrex is slightly better; at least it was for me. I have also heard that it is safer for cardiovascular problems. But when taking Celebrex you must consult with doctor because of your history of possible heart problems, allergies etc.
